Independent businesses are welcome

You do not need to become part of Graham's to ask us for help.

You can engage Graham's for business support whether you are completely independent, part of another structure, or simply trying to work out what needs to change next.

Business Services can stand on their own. If an existing service business later decides there may be value in joining the Graham's Group, that is a separate conversation. It is not a condition of engaging us for business support.

Something in the business isn't working?

You do not need to know the answer before you contact us. Tell us what is happening and what you would like to improve. We will start by helping you understand the problem.

Talk to us about your business

Graham's Business Services

We don't start by selling you the answer.

We start by understanding the business.

A business problem can appear in one place while its cause sits somewhere else. A lack of leads may actually be poor conversion. A staffing problem may be a scheduling problem. A systems problem may be an unclear process. Growth may be the wrong objective entirely.

If your business feels harder to run than it should, growth has stalled, systems are fragmented, marketing is not translating into useful work, or you simply cannot see where the next improvement should come from, Graham's can help you assess the operating picture and identify practical next steps.

How we help

Look at the whole business, not just one symptom.

A request for “more leads”, “better systems” or “more staff” may be pointing at a different underlying problem. We look across management, strategy, operations, marketing, systems and capability so the proposed response fits the actual issue.

01

Business Structure & Management Review

Useful when: The owner is carrying too much, accountability is unclear or the business has grown beyond its original structure.
02

Strategy & Business Planning

Useful when: The business is busy but direction is unclear, priorities compete, or the owner needs a controlled 90-day plan.
03

Operations & Workflow Assessment

Useful when: Work is falling through gaps, staff are constantly chasing information or everyday operations depend on workarounds.
04

Marketing & Business Development Review

Useful when: Marketing activity is high but useful work, conversion or recurring customers are not improving.
05

Systems & Digital Operations Review

Useful when: Important information lives in phones, inboxes, spreadsheets or one person's memory.
06

Capability, People & Growth Readiness

Useful when: The business wants to grow, diversify or take on larger work but is unsure what must be in place first.

A structured discovery foundation

We use discovery to help you see the business more clearly.

Graham's has developed a structured discovery approach inside its own operating group. The same thinking underpins our business-services work: establish the facts, understand what the owner actually wants, identify the constraints and focus the next actions where they can make a practical difference.

This is not about catching a business out. It is about building a useful evidence base for improvement.

A practical engagement

Assess. Prioritise. Act. Review.

We prefer bounded work with a clear purpose and a review point. The aim is not to produce a large report that sits on a shelf; it is to create enough clarity to improve the way the business operates.

01Discover

Understand the current operating reality and owner objectives.

02Assess

Test the apparent problem against the wider business picture.

03Prioritise

Separate urgent issues from useful but lower-value activity.

04Plan

Define actions, owners, timing and measures.

05Support

Where appropriate, help implement the agreed changes.

06Review

Measure what changed and adjust the next stage.

What the work can produce

Clarity about what needs attention — and what does not.

The exact deliverable depends on the engagement, but a business review may produce a concise current-state assessment, priority gaps, a practical 90-day action plan, nominated responsibilities, success measures and a review cadence.
